On September 24, Marlon S. Frink sold land and buildings at 251 Little Bay Road to Kimberly A. & Brian Dumont for $255,000. Kimberly is Marlon's daughter, and she plans to live in the house with her new husband. In the meanwhile, Marlon has moved across the street to live in the Frink home previously owned by his parents, Sidney and Eileen.

On October 1, Keri J. Marshall sold land and buildings at 114 Patterson Lane to Scott C. & Deanna Webber for $420,000.
